A young and ambitious law firm based in Amsterdam, founded by Karol Hillebrandt and Peter Hendriks. We specialise in all aspects of Dutch employment law and co-determination law. Together we have more than 30 years of experience with supporting and advising all parties involved in the employment process, including employers, works councils, employees, directors, expats and self-employed persons.

 

Our approach is flexible and personal, and we strive for long-term cooperative relationships. Many of our clients have been with us for many years. Our working method is characterised by fast and practical advice. Good accessibility and being able to alternate between different approaches are important to us. We are committed to finding a constructive solution, but we also litigate if necessary.
