Employers

We are the point of contact of many employers, from major companies to small family businesses. They know where to find us with all their questions and problems related to employment and co-determination law. Our activities range from advising HR departments on their day-to-day issues to guiding employers in far-reaching change processes such as reorganisations and takeovers.

 

Our approach is flexible and personal, and we strive for long-term cooperative relationships. Many of our clients have been with us for many years. Our working method is characterised by fast and practical advice. Good accessibility and being able to alternate between different approaches are important to us. We are committed to finding a constructive solution, but we also litigate if necessary.

Works councils

We assist works councils in various sectors and of different sizes. Our work for works councils includes advising on and guiding advice and approval processes. For example, about proposed reorganisations and company takeovers, changes to employment conditions schemes or appointment of directors. We also negotiate with the director on behalf of works councils about, for example, drawing up a social plan.

 
Employees

We assist employees in resolving or preventing all conceivable conflict situations with their employer. The topics we advise on include: entering into employment contracts, disability and reintegration, performance trajectories, dismissal, non-competition and business relations clauses and share and option schemes. We also regularly advise statutory directors, expats and freelancers.
