Peter Hendriks

Has been an attorney-at-law since 2008. He is involved in all aspects of employment law, varying from individual dismissal cases to supervising reorganisations and takeovers.

 

Peter graduated with honours (cum laude) from the University of Groningen in 2008 in the fields of private and corporate law. He studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland for six months. In 2015, Peter completed the postgraduate specialist training in Employment Law at the Grotius Academy (cum laude). Peter regularly offers courses and lectures on various aspects of employment law. Before co-founding Sparck together with Karol Hillebrandt, he was affiliated with Palthe Oberman Advocaten – a firm specialised in employment law - and the employment law section of law firm Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
