Karol Hillebrandt
Has over 20 years of experience in employment and civil service law. He has been an attorney-at-law since 2005.
In his daily practice, Karol advises and litigates on all aspects of labour and civil service law. He advises a wide range of organisations, both private and public, on their day-to-day HR-related issues. Karol also guides organisations in change processes such as mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. Karol is also regularly involved in co-determination processes, collective labour agreement issues and conflicts at management and board level.
Karol graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in employment law. He regularly publishes on employment law topics and offers courses and lectures about these subjects. Among other things, he is editor of the Advocatenblad, for which he also provides the annual Chronicle of Dutch Employment Law. Before Karol co-founded Sparck together with Peter Hendriks, he was associated with Palthe Oberman Advocaten, a boutique firm specialised in employment law.
